How do couples find me?

Couples browse by category, region and style. Your profile appears in search results alongside your portfolio, pricing and availability. Nobody can pay for a higher ranking.

How do enquiries work?

Couples send enquiries directly through your profile. You receive an email with their details and can reply straight from your inbox: no middleman, no commission.

Is there a cost to be listed?

Yes. Wedding Vendors has no free listing tier. Couples browse and enquire free; vendors pay a flat subscription to go live. Founding vendors (first 100) lock in $25/month incl. GST for the life of their subscription; after that, new listings are $39/month. Annual billing is available too. Full detail is on the List your work and pricing pages.

I’m a vendor, how do I get listed?

Head to List your work, create an account and build your profile. Publishing goes live once you subscribe: there is no free live listing. Founding spots are $25/month while they last.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond within one business day. If your enquiry is urgent, mention it in your message and we’ll prioritise it.

I’ve found incorrect information on a listing. How do I report it?

Use this contact form and include the listing name and what needs correcting. We’ll review and update it promptly.

Can I claim an existing listing?

Yes. If your business is already listed, visit the claim page to search for it and verify ownership. Once verified, you get full control of the profile.
