Black Feather Studio is run by Stan McDowall, a full-time professional photographer and videographer based in Invercargill, Southland. He specialises in wedding photography and videography, from intimate elopements in the mountains to celebrations by the lake, and also offers commercial photo and video for businesses including brand, property and aerial work. Stan has captured nearly 200 weddings across the deep south, working throughout Southland, Queenstown, Wanaka, Central Otago and Te Anau.
